Contributing to the Local Market

Crop Yields

Our farm produce is dominated by a few staple crops, mainly wheat and maize while we are also an efficient producer of cotton. These crops majorly contribute towards the consumption for the local market and the staff working on the farm.

Use of modern and certified seed varieties ensures high yields along with constant availability of water through irrigation canals and techniques enriching the soil.

Vegetables

Mainly a variety of onions, gourds lady finger and chillies are grown on the farm.

Use of Organic Compost

Highly decomposed organic matter such as farm yard manure or fresh leaves and vegetables are used to create a rich soil amendment. This organic compost, resulting from recycling organic material is extremely beneficial for the crops and land. It acts as a soil conditioner, a fertilizer, adds organic matter, improves sandy soils and increases nutrients.
